Admission to first Degree

The Minimum Admission Requirement into the University of Cape Coast for SSSCE / WASSCE applicants is aggregate 20. Candidates must have passes in six (6) subjects with overall aggregate of twenty (20). Three of the six subjects must be core subjects (including English Language, Integrated Science and Mathematics) and three must be in relevant electives.

Admission to Higher Degree

Candidates applying for admission to Masters degree courses must normally hold an appropriate first degree with at least second class honours;PhD applicants should also hold PhD-appropriate masters degree.
