Department of History receives educational materials
An Australian Professor, David Doward, has donated assorted educational materials comprising computers and books with over 4000 titles to the Department of History.
Speaking at the brief ceremony, Prof. Doward said the shipment of the items was made possible by the Australian High Commission, an expensive undertaking which was worth commending. He said in contemplating where to express his gesture, UCC came to the fore, and as he put it, “there was no better place than UCC.”
