A multi-purpose Senior Staff Club House near the Sasakawa Guest Centre has been commissioned by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang.

In a short statement, the Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang thanked her predecessors for envisaging the idea of building a place that will enable people the Senior Staff and Senior Members to socialise and know each other as staff of UCC. She continued that "maintenance was necessary" if the building was to serve its purpose, and added that it was a Christmas gift to Staff of UCC.

The facility has a games room where among others, pool and table tennis could be played, a bar, a kitchen, as well as a conference room.
