The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has commissioned the School of Agriculture Farm Building at the University Farms.

The Vice-Chancellor expressed appreciation to the School for taking the initiative to put up the structure and described it as a sign of commitment by the School. She urged all to take good care of the building so that the purpose for which it was constructed would not be defeated. She urged the School of Agriculture to provide the place with natural vegetables and foodstuff.

The Dean of the School of Agriculture, Prof. J.A. Kwarteng stated that in time, the School would be able produce quality products that the public needs and expressed the hope that the University will continue to support the School through the acquisition of facilities to equip the super-market.
