The University Primary School (UPS) is to benefit from a £38,000 multi-purpose demonstration building project under the aegis of the late Mr. Alan Mayhew, a former Director of Development in this University.

The Registrar, Mr. S. Kofi Ohene, who disclosed this stated that £12,000 of the total amount had been approved as seed money to start the project.

Mr. Ohene explained that the project to be undertaken was in fulfillment of the late Mr. Mayhew's ‘Will' which made the provision that on his demise part of his estate should be administered for that purpose. Mr. Mayhew was a Member of the Executive Board of the Ghana School Aid.
